What data is processed?

This site is a static showcase website:

• no data collection forms;
• no advertising cookies;
• an audience measurement tool (Google Analytics 4) in consent mode: without your consent it runs without cookies and stores nothing on your device; with your consent, measurement cookies (for example _ga) may be set;
• strictly necessary storage in your browser: display preference (dark or light theme) and remembering your cookie choices.

Like any website, it is hosted by a provider, Cloudflare, Inc., which may process technical connection data (IP address, timestamps, requested pages) in its logs to ensure the security and proper operation of the service.

If you write to us by email, your address and the content of your message are processed solely to reply to you.

Cookies

The audience measurement tool (Google Analytics) only sets its cookies after your consent; until you accept, it runs without cookies. Your preferences can be changed at any time on the Cookies page.

Purposes and legal bases

• Audience measurement: your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), collected through the cookie banner and changeable at any time.
• Hosting provider technical logs: legitimate interest in ensuring the security and proper operation of the site (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
• Replying to emails received: legitimate interest in responding to requests addressed to us (Article 6.1.f GDPR), or performance of a contract where your request relates to one.

Retention periods

Emails are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request. Technical logs are kept according to the hosting provider's retention periods. Your cookie preferences remain stored in your browser until you change or clear them. Audience measurement data is kept according to the measurement service's settings (14 months by default).

Recipients

Your data is neither sold nor shared with third parties, other than the hosting provider for the technical purposes described above and the audience measurement provider (Google) when you have accepted measurement.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@keshward.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Changes

This policy may be updated, particularly if the site or applicable regulations change.
